We are trying to decide where to go on our honeymoon. We went to Punta Cana in the DR in March and loved it. The all-inclusive sure would be nice after planning a wedding! I enjoy traveling to new places though and would love to go somewhere new. Anyone have any ideas or experiences to share??
I just heard about this unique, exotic get away called Columbus i think? I don't remember the name but I do know that it has a lot of cool people to party with

We LOVED the all-inclusive we went to in St. Lucia for our honeymoon. It was called The Body Holiday.
ReplyDeleteWe went on a cruise for our honeymoon, and I think I may be the only person on the planet who is not a fan of cruises! I didn't think we got enough time at each destination to fully enjoy it. It felt like we were always in a hurry, cramming things in before we had to be back to the boat. So, for me, I would always go to an all inclusive resort. Our cruise went to Cancun, Cozumel, Belize, and Roatan. Cozumel was by far our favorite destination. The tourist areas were really separated from the rest of the island, so in a 30 minute moped ride you could be on a white sand beach and feel like you were the only person in the world. I didn't care of Belize, I mean the beaches were beautiful, but everyone spoke English, which kind of took the adventure out of it for me! And Roatan kind of scared me, because there were no streetlights, instead there were men in military fatigues, with machine guns!
